The Micro pod has LightWeight Composite Chassis utilizing lightweight technology. The Structure is made of a combination of carbon fiber and glass fiber helping to reduce the overall weight of the EV and paying great dividends throughout its lifecycle. Pioneering composite technology also reduces reliance on metals like steel and aluminum thereby lowering the C02 emissions involved in the mining and heat treatment processes. Also the whole chassis is produced in one shot in molding process which gives huge advantage when we go for large scale production i.e. producing thousands of vehicles per day hence better operational efficiency
